THE DESIGN PROCESS

  • 1. INITIAL CONSULTATION

We start by taking the time to get to know you, and your requirements for your project. We use our experience to offer our advice before moving forward with a detailed quotation.

  • 2. QUOTATION

After considering your project’s requirements, we provide a preliminary estimate with all your specified finishes and inclusions.

  • 3. QUOTATION REVIEW

We go over your quotation with you and are available to answer any questions. We confirm inclusions in relation to budget and ensure cost effective ways to achieve the end project.

  • 4. CONTRACT

A HIA contract is issued, followed by the initial deposit. We prepare and lodge the relevant applications for approval to your local authority.

  • 5. CONSTRUCTION PHASE

Includes mandatory inspections and regular communication with you throughout the whole building process for total peace of mind.

  • 6. COMPLETION

After formally detailing your satisfaction of our workmanship and settling your final payment, it’s our pleasure to hand you the keys to your home.
